Is your Jewellery 100% Water Resistant, even salty water?

Yes! This is all possible due to our unique plating process! .;We use the highest quality stainless steel & Sterling Silver that is then plated with 18k gold using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition).
This new, modern way of plating, is ten times thicker than standard gold plating, is environmentally friendly, and uses a vacuum coating process, resulting in an extremely durable finish. This durability naturally makes it almost anything proof!

I have a Nickel allergy...

All of our jewellery is Nickel FREE, our jewellery is also free from brass and lead, some other of the cheap metals some jewellery is filled with. Our jewellery is 100% free from Nickel, Brass and lead! Isla Jewellery is made only with the highest quality 925 Sterling Silver, Stainless steel and 18k Gold.

Are the freshwater pearls genuine?

Yes! We use genuine freshwater pearls that are carefully selected and highly valued for their beautiful rainbow luster.

How do I determine my ring size?

All of our rings are adjustable is size to fit any of your fingers, with a base circumference size of 7-8 meaning that they can get squished in or opened up to fit any of your fingers. This is a huge plus as you will be able to fit your rings in any of your fingers and swap them around to style them.

 

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Cleaning Tips:

  • Use only water and a mild soap to wash your jewellery.
  • Use a soft cloth to help clean it (no abrasive cleaning tools).
  • Regularly cleaning your pieces can keep residues to a minimum making them shine on the daily.

Storage Tips:

  • Your jewellery already comes with our Isla pouch or box which is perfect for keeping your jewellery safe!
  • It's always best to store your jewelry in a way where they aren't rubbing against each other to prevent scratches.
  • Any pouch or jewellery box with a soft texture inside is optimal.
  • Make sure your jewellery is dry before storing it.

Every single Isla Jewellery order comes in a branded box, a jewellery pouch for every piece of jewellery.

In addition, we are happy to share that we only use eco-friendly packaging and recycled paper.
