RETURNS POLICY

For all Jewellery items, if you change your mind for any reason within 7 days of receiving your items, we offer an exchange, a refund or store gift card subject to the following conditions: The item must be returned in original condition: unworn and unused, with original packing. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you.

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

After receiving your item back, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be finalised. You will receive an email when your return has been processed. All funds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of being processed.

EARRINGS

Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer returns for earrings. 

FAULTY ITEM RETURNS

One month warranty is available for all jewellery, if you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@islaboutique.com.au with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority. If the item has passed the period of one month since bought we can still offer a repair for the cost of $9 for all jewellery.

REPAIRS

If any faulty happens in between a month since bought, we offer FREE repair for all items. We also offer repairs at any time for any item at the cost of $9 per repair *Repairs are subject to the kind of faulty that occurred, we try our best but sometimes repairs are not possible however if the item is under warranty still a free exchange will be available for you.

ACCESORIES RETURNS

We do not offer returns for hair clips do to sanitary reasons. Hand bags have a policy return of 7 days subject to the following conditions: The item must be returned in original condition: unworn and unused, with original packing. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you.

 

SALE ITEM RETURNS

Sale items are only eligible for a gift card. 

PROMOTIONAL ITEM RETURNS

Full priced items purchased with a promotional code are eligible for a refund or gift card.  

Return Procedure:

  • Request an exchange via email within 7 days of receiving your item
  • Provide proof of purchase with an invoice number or invoice name
  • Return postage is at customer's expense unless faulty 
  • If we believe or notice signs that the item has been worn a credit store card won't be issued.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to return the item us and we suggest getting tracking details as we will not be responsible for lost items. 

Faulty Returns Procedure:

Please email Hello@islaboutique.com.au to organise a refund or exchange of faulty items. Please include the following information:

  • Order Number or Order Name proving when the item was purchased
  • A clear photograph of the fault
  • Written description of the fault
